Rene Marie Russo was an American film director, actor and supermodel. Her elegant and beautiful beauty Marie is evident in her long-lasting career as an actress and performer. In the late 1970s, she began her modeling career and quickly became one of the leading actors in the industry. She studied theatre and acting in the early part of the decade. She then appeared on stage in Los Angeles, and other regions of California. Russo first appeared on TV on ABCs Sable with the character Eden Kendell, in 1987. Her first major movie, Major League was released just two years after. Russo portrayed Tom Berengers 'love interest. The critics, initially unconvinced of her performance skills but eventually redeemed themselves when they saw her constant performances. She was praised for her performance of Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak, where she fought Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. According to her own words she never was passionate about the role. She self-imposed a long vacation in 2005. The reason she returned was her role in Thor. Also, she was in her husbands Oscar prize-winning feature film Nightcrawler. The Intern was her first light-hearted comedy. Her next film was to make appearances in Just Getting Started and other comedy films.
Rose Namajunas, one of the most well-known female UFC athletes, is an accomplished athlete. Her first fight was in the amateur ranks, participating in different regional promotions. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her up and she later became a member of the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Because of her success both inside and beyond the Octagon, Namajunas has become known as a common name since joining UFC. Namajunas had his birth on June 29th, 1992, in Milwaukee Wisconsin. His birthplace was brought up by a Lithuanian family. Rose was a kickboxer and basketball player while growing up. Invicta Fighting Championships provided her with the opportunity to make her debut as a professional at age the age of 18, after she knocked down two opponents. Dana White was impressed and brought Rose into the UFC's strawweight division at the age of 22 in December of 2014. Rose has experienced highs as well as her lows as well throughout her career but always came in the end on top. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Title and also won the title of Fighter of the Night. It was the very first time a woman wrestled in a major event to win a championship. Namajunas was able to record many other victories, including 2 victories over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
