Andrea Anders
Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest but is currently in Los Angeles. She graduated in 1993 from DeForest Area Highschool in DeForest Wisconsin. In 1997, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She graduated in 2001 and received the title of Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders had a romance to Matt LeBlanc (whom she met on the set of Joey) as her former co-star from the series that ended in a cancellation. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive; Never Been Thawed). Anders started out in theater in 2001. She played the role of an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and later, she played in the role of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was a production in The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as and New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film shows. In May 2007, Anders began her role as a character in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig shut down on July 1, 2007 with Anders playing the accountant Jeannie. Anders was first shown on television in the commercial for Dannon, which aired around 2006 and again during the 90s. Anders was best known for her roles in Joey and The Class, where she was Nicole Allen Campbell (the ex-wife of a player) (and as the lawyer Alex Garrett). Both times she appeared in all of the episodes, however the shows were ended up being cancelled. Anders appeared as a guest on One Life to Live as well as Law & Order and Tru Calling. Anders was featured in five episodes of HBO's drama show Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she portrayed Heather in The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance in Sex Drive as Brandy in Sex Drive. Anders has also been seen in the show Numb3rs in 2008. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful TV pilots. Spellbound and News To Me. Anders was cast most recently in Better Off Ted. It is an ABC one-camera comedy about the work-related environment, composed by Victor Fresco.
